Yesterday we had over 70 Keller Williams The Woodlands and Magnolia agents in attendance for our monthly sales meeting. The monthly sales meetings take place at the Congregation Beth Shalom located in The Woodlands, Texas.

1. Wants and Needs - Agents are given an opportunity to share their Wants and Needs pertaining to their buying and selling clients.
2. Network Funding - Network Funding brought guest speaker Mr. Howard Hill from RBH Appraisal Management. Howard shared with the agents of Keller Williams The Woodlands and Magnolia how appraisals impact their clients & what agents need to know about appraisals. 3. Plantation Homes - A special thank you to Rhonda Wright & Hank Bebee with Plantation Homes in Creekside Park. They provided breakfast including gormet quiche, au gratin potatoes, fresh fruit, home baked sweet breads, orange juice, and coffee.
4. Monthly Technology Tip - Jeremy Williams, Assistant Team Leader, shared with the agents of Keller Williams The Woodlands and Magnolia the ability to become more mobile with their businesses by utilizing DropBox. He also shared the iPad app "iAnnotate", and how that can be utilized by clients to digitally sign contracts right on the screen of their iPads.

6. Diane Flicker shared with the agents of KW The Woodlands and Magnolia the agents recognized as Monthly Stars, Cappers, and Triple Crown.
7. KW Cares Bowling Event - The Keller Williams The Woodlands and Magnolia KW Cares event will be taking place at The Main Event in The Woodlands, Texas on April 10th at 6:00pm. Registration for the event is $25 and includes bowling, food, drinks, and lazer tag. Register today online with a small convenience fee or bring $25 to the front desk. This event is reserved for the agents of KW The Woodlands and Magnolia. A silent auction will follow.

9. Listing Contest - A listing contest with a baseball theme will take place in April.
