400 Beach, a luxury condo on Beach Drive in downtown St Petersburg has just started closing on its condominium residences. Built by Opus, this is a "sister" condo to Parkshore Plaza, another luxury condo that Opus built just a block away that opened in 2006.
There are currently7 six condominium units being marketed for sale, ranging from $1,675,000 for a 3,534 sq ft unit to $5,500,000 for a 7,000 sq ft unit. All six overlook Straub Park, the Vinoy Basin and Tampa Bay.
