With current efforts underway to dredge the direct-Gulf access canals, property values will be on the rise in the coming year, as premium Gulf-access homes such as these become more in-demand, yet much harder to find.
So, how did this lovely community fare in this past year's challenging market? To date, there are currently 34 homes on the market, over half of them with Gulf access. Eleven homes have sold this year, with one under contract, ranging in price from $119,000 for non-waterfront, to $440,000 for limited access.
