Over 32,000 real estate agents use TReND in the greater Philadelphia area, including ME!
It's taken TReND a while to grow up, in my opinion, but they are doing a good job getting around to it. We are getting some exciting enhancements tonight during downtime.....
- The ability to upload documents (seller's disclosures, inspection reports, flyers, etc) to our listing!
- Enhancing the photo upload to include a cropping tool, now isn't that a fancy idea? sarcasm, should have been there a loooo ong time ago!
The last upgrade/enhancement that got me to pay attention, was a few months ago, when they doubled our pictures allowed to 12! That went over really well. What pictures should be on there has been blogged about over and over - that's a separate issue :)
Now... I have to decide if I want my Seller's Disclosures uploaded. I like it when agents request it, then you know there is "some" interest there.
So, there is the news! Yeah, not too exciting for most of you, cause I have a feeling your MLS has been able to do those two things - but I'm excited to be growing up!
