Please, Please, Please remove that snow from on top of your car!!!!
It's been over and over the news, its actually now an offense if you injure someone in PA because of it, but its just common courtesy!
I know it looks really cool when you are breezing down the highway and the snow falls off in clumps and sails through the air..... however, it lands! Often times on someone else's windshield!
Some people think that because its snow it won't be harmful, think again! Many times, the sun will melt the snow to form a small layer of ice.
It only takes 5 more minutes. No, it isn't one of those fun jobs like scrubbing the toilet, but someone has to do it! You should see me reaching on top of the minivan, standing inside, its a hassle, but required!
Green SUV on 202 Eastbound last week left snow on their roof - not all that much- guess what I got? (I don't follow close, that would have helped)................................. A chip in my windshield (you know what that turns into) ......................... I did get the license plate number, all I would really like to do is send a nice note (how can I get the address without reporting) mentioning this Active Rain blog :) And let them know..... I forgive you, just please do it next time!
