Dogs know the difference between good people and icky ones. If you'd been one of that other kind he'd have probably growled and told you to stay in the car. I always say my dogs are friendly to everyone, but every now and then they let me know that a person is someone who needs to leave - right now.

I can tell - you'd be one they'd pester for pets.
