- A barber with a steady hand
- Main Street is always friendly and never a traffic jam.
I have a client who dreams of a small horse farm with minimum 5 acres. We have been looking for land in their price range. Today we found IT we found 33 acres in the country, within miles of Mayberry, and an old farm house to boot.
The price was unbelievable, the house looked real cute.
The buyers stayed up all night dreaming about the possibilities.
So I made the appointment.
The picture made the house look like "Terra" but it was bad REAL BAD. I mean no floors, no heating system, nestled between to trailer parks. The pictures and the description does not mention the trailer parks.
The truth with real estate when it Seems to be good to be TRUE it often is!!
