A Few Real Estate Predictions for 2007

  1. 2007 is a great year to sell your home. You will notice the market changing during 2nd quarter of 2007
  2. Virtual Tours/Video Tours will increase in popularity...Sellers get your home ready to be shown.
  3. Buyers are looking for homes tha are priced right. If your home is priced too  high...you'll miss out on an opportunity to get yours sold.
  4. Home Staging services use by a seller will present the home and get the home sold faster.
  5. Buyers want upscale features...the basics are not enough any more.
  6. Buyers want to work with an agent who knows the market
  7. Sellers want to work with an agent with strong and creative marketing skills.

I agree, 2007 is going to be a great year and in regards to our county, it's going to be a great year.

Especially number 7. "Sellers want to work wih an agent with strong and creative marketing skills."  I'd like to talk to you about some effective marketing techniques that will increase your business at no cost and with very little effort on your part.

I like your optimism, but the truth is that 2007 will be a tough year for Real Estate.  However, I have never let a "bad" market get me down.  There are between 250 and 300 houses selling per month in the county, it only takes a few transactions to make a great month!  You have to make your own market.
