In the moments of your life you create the memories that last a lifetime.

 

In those moments there are regrets that you can carry with you like heavy weights.

 

There are many moments that you would love to have a second chance to live over.

 

Your life is lived in the moments, slow down enough to live and enjoy the moments in your life because those moments only come this way one time.

 

The moments in your life are precious and to be valued enjoy the moments in your life and you will enjoy your life.

Lou,  This is so true.  I reminds me of a similar quote that life is not measured by the breaths we take but by the ones that take our breath away.  Something like that.  I hope I haven't messed it up, but I think you know what I mean.   Savor the moments.   Have a nice Sunday!
