The Bradbury Team was part of an entire office effort from Coldwell Banker Heritage Quakertown, PA who held a food drive for our local Food Pantry.
We were successful in getting Giant Food Stores to donate about 1,500 shopping bags for our food drive. We stapled our flyer to the outside of the bags, and delivered them to every home in about 7 communities here in Quakertown, PA. The flyer had our company logo, our agent pictures, and details of how the propmotion worked. A week ago, we placed the bags on each of 1,500 front porches, asking the home owners to put non perishable food items in the bag, and place it on their front porch today, December 15th at 9 am. Agents from our office worked as a team, to go through each neighborhood, to collect all the food donations. We planned a goal of 10% or the homes to actually participate in this worthy cause. We did achieve our goal, and we had more than 150 bags of food donated. After the collection, we delivered the goods, in 6 vans, to the Quakertown Food Pantry, for distribution to those that are less fortunate than ourselves, during this Holiday Season!
