Below, you'll find this week's Best Value List of HUD Homes about which HUD says "SELL NOW!"

HUD will entertain all offers on these properties, which in most cases are listed at below-appraised value. The highest bid received on each property will be opening escrow early next week.

Located in HUD's 2S Region, the properties on this weekly list are located in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington and some U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands).

The list, at almost 45 properties a few weeks ago, has dwindled down to 16 below appraised value deals this week.
