Happy Easter Everyone!
I am from Detroit, Michigan and moved to Grosse Pointe Woods, Michigan after graduating from Denby High School in Detroit's East Side. Easter and most holidays were major events. My move to Valencia, California in 1977 brought many changes. Family gatherings and unity is about 10% of what it was in my home town. Easter out here seems to have little significance compared to life in the Mid-West.
