Ignite ... Starting the 4th Week of Our 20-Day Workshop ... from Ocean City, New Jersey
We begin our 16th day of our 20-day IGNITE Workshop experience being held in Wildwood with about 14 agents from both our Wildwood and Ocean City offices ... making up our "Jersey Shore" Marketplace with Keller Williams. It has been a somewhat interesting, difficult, and time-consuming experience. We pack up about 7:30 AM and pick up one another for the trip south to Willdwood from Ocean City. That's a 30 minute drive and another 8-10 minutes stopping for coffee and/or a breakfast sandwich. The workshop begins at 9AM and generally concludes about 11:00 AM ... and sometimes we have an additional program ... our Technology Tuesday, or a tax seminar, or this week - a mortgage review looking at the "reverse mortgage.
Obviously, the rest of the day is real estate normal #101 back in Ocean City. But we are learning a great deal here. Some of it we know as experienced agents, but in other cases it adds to what we already know. We are also trying to pick up new habits, possibly new styles, etc.
