We recently spent some time with new, out of town clients. They are buyers with a very specific list of what they want (and don't want). I like people like them, it makes my job more exciting - and efficient!
Hot on their list is a house with views, not just any views but jaw-dropping views, like this one.
One of the houses we looked at on 16615 Benson Rd in Cottonwood, CA had by far some of the most incredible views I've seen in a long time! The MLS link doesn't do it justice. Truly on top of a hill with 360 degree views, this house on 40 breathtaking acres. This was a custom home, designed by the owners, and unlike some other custom homes, this was well thought out and made practical use of every space in the home. We then proceeded to check out a house towards the NE part of Redding, on 13497 Old Oregon Trail and this one too had some of the best city views in town!
At the end it was this beautiful house and property that stole their hearts! A house with views to the Western Mountains, a pool and many new features that were high on their list.
