This is the first weekly report for Eastside Costa Mesa Bank Owned property update, this is for the week of March 18th thru March 24th, 2012. There are three active properties for sale on the CRMLS, two single family homes and one condo. One single family residence is in back-up status, which means an offer is submitted but the listing agent is still seeking other offers and/or the accepted and is with in the 17 day contingency period, escrow most likely has been opened. There are three properties in pending status, escrow has been opened and most certainly the buyer has removed most of the contingencies and is just waiting for the lender to fund the sale and close escrow. Again, one of the properties in pending is a condo with the other two being single family residences.
