As important as location location location is pricing pricing pricing! The time of buying a listing with a high price to appease the seller is over. Everyone has to get realistic. I feel a seller's pain BUT when they sell they turn into a buyer and how the tune changes

I don't think you'll get much success if you're selling off your home.  Nobody includes the resale value when checking their wallet and secondly, so many serviced apartments London are there, which are fully furnished and ready available in cheaper price. http://www.yourspaceapartments.com/
