Yes, at least another year or two.  The area is extremely popular - near the airport so kinda live/work/play. But the area has also been hard.  I hope I'm wrong and there is a much faster recovery.  I have a property under contract now scheduled to close on April 15th.  We shall continue to monitor the situation.

NIce Report Jordon. These type of local statistics give me a sense of what is happening in the areas across the country.  We here in the Boston area are seeing lots of people, but the close rate is still a bit slow.  Who knows what will happen when the foreclosures begin to get released later in the season.
