We Have a Tenant For Your Atlanta Home Or Condo! The stars and planets have aligned! No, not really, just good marketing and an Atlanta rental property that was in great shape combined to bring a Tenant for your Atlanta Home or Condo! Now What?

This means that an potential tenant has filled out an application, paid their application fee and reservation deposit and have been approved after our tenant screening process!

Now, we will complete a Residential Lease Agreement outlining all the terms of the lease. It will cover items such as:

  • Monthly Rental Rate and Length of lease
  • Security Deposit and how it can be returned
  • Move In/Out Inspection
  • Utilities (Who pays what)
  • Tenant Responsibilities (HOA rules, lawn maintenance, etc)
  • Pet Regulations
  • Lease Termination

This is just some of the items covered. We also look at any special rules, or stipulations you, the Landlord may want to add to the lease. This could include smoking, number of occupants, or any other special requirements you may have to maintain your Atlanta home or condo.

Once we have a Tenant for your Atlanta Home or Condo and the lease is completed and signed, you may, or may not choose to meet your tenants. If you live outside the Atlanta area, of course this is not possible. If you make a visit to Atlanta for any reason, you can plan to meet your tenants and view your property. If you do live in the Atlanta area, you may want to “introduce” the tenants to the home with a tour of features and systems and what they are responsible for. On that note, we also can do that as part of our Tenant Placement Fee when we do the Move In Inspection.

Thomas Ramon Realty and MyMidtownMojo.com abide by all Fair Housing Laws. We screen your tenants based on credit, criminal background and employment verifications. If you indicate to us you only want couples with no children, etc. we will be unable to assist you in the rental of your home.

I seems like you had better have your attorney present or a very experienced real estate agent who knows this business.

Josh: Thanks!

Larry: Thank goodness people don't go get lawyers for real estate! I can only imagine what a mess it would be.

Connie: I wish I had more Rental listings. That IS where the rental money is...I'm working on it...
