Clearly the market has become more active since the same time period last year in Percentage of List Price received and Pending Sales but remains a little uncertain with both Average and Median Sales Prices. Another great indicator of a rebounding market is the number of closed sales.
February 2012 had a +12.5% increase in Homes that Closed compared with February 2011. It is important to keep in mid that the Days on Market though has increased. So while the homes ARE selling it is taking a touch longer to get them under contract. Patience is a Virtue!
