As our business continues to expand, we are looking to hire an outstanding person to join us as we take our business to the next level. We are looking for a full time administrative and marketing professional, preferably with a real estate background, who may one day manage our team. They are eager to support our team reach great levels of success while growing their own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. As the success of our team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

 Listing / Marketing Manager Job Standards:

  1. Regular Work Activities :
    • System development, implementation, and management
    • Information & database management
    • Listing inventory management
    • Vendor & contractor coordination / preparing listings for market
    • Client communication / Customer Service practices
    • Cooperating Agent relations
    • Managing, creating & implementing print, online & social media campaigns; community outreach & sometimes event planning
    • Leading administrative team members (as appropriate to team structure)
    • Lead Coordination

3.       Attributes we are looking for:

o    South Bay local

o    Real Estate industry knowledge

o    Some college education

o    Marketing Experience

o    Real Estate License favored, not required for hire but will likely be a requirement in future

 

Our Listing / Marketing Manager should be deeply committed to supporting the lead agent in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team.
