9. THE DETAILS
As we mentioned, several dates and deadlines will come up while you are under contract, including:
• Selecting your lender and completing your loan application
• Selecting your loan type
• Reviewing homeowner association documents
• Obtaining homeowner’s insurance
Carrie & Kathy will keep you apprised of all upcoming deadlines and assist you in accomplishing these tasks on time. The Title Company will send out your Settlement Statement right before closing. Team Sampron will review
this document to ensure all fees noted are accurate and then go over the numbers with you so you are
prepared to close.
10. CLOSING
You and the seller will meet at the Title Company on closing day to sign all necessary documents. For you, the buyer, this will also include loan documents. Of course Carrie & Kathy will be there with you at closing. Once all the paperwork is completed, the loan is funded, and keys are exchanged, you will now own your home!
