Yes that's right. I find that most buyers in my market Palm Beach and Broward Counties may give me a wish list and a desired area but are not aware of other areas that may be a better fit. In order to best assist any buyer I like to give a complimentary phone consultation and review what it is that you are looking for. I then can pull from my extensive knowledge and answer all of your questions in addition to offering up some new ideas that you may not otherwise have considered.

When I hear that schools are number one on the list I inform people of the fact that Parkland schools have been rated by Forbes Magazine number eight in the country overall and number one in the entire country for homes between 400k and 600k. Most people are familiar with Boca Raton Florida but don't know that Parkland is only five minutes away. There are many examples like that with unlimited variables. Many buyers that want to be near the beach just ask me for one city but each South Florida beach has a different flavor. It is my job to inform you the buyer of all the differant "flavors". I really enjoy helping my clients be more aware of their options and in turn be a more informed buyer.
