Be Prepared - Kentlands Exterior Household Projects Need Approval 


Are you planning your spring/summer projects?  Will you be adding a deck, changing paint colors, or performing any other exterior change?  Please submit a Visual Change Application for approval.  Applications are available at the Clubhouse or at www.kentlandsusa.com and must be submitted by the close of business on the 19th of the month for review the first Wednesday of the following month.  If you have any questions, please contact Chantel Reid, 301-948-2071.

Spring flowers are blooming in Kentlands. Be sure to have your camera in hand when you are out and about in the community.
