So here we all are, just a blogging away and then it dawned on me that I keep associating with agents that I find interesting and further more that I would consider referring clients to.  What happens? Nothing.  What is the point? Are you just here for the points or are you here to network. 

Let's see you get on ActiveRain and .... What are you here for? 

Educate me!!! We are here to give each other helpfull Ideas, sources of information, and to network.

Has anyne taken a CRS Course.  I love them, they are very informative.

Anybody, have licenses in more that two states.  How did you do it? 

This is the forum to help others with your ideas.  Not trade secrets.  SHARE!!!!

If you are a consumer. Tell us what you want us to help you with.  You are the heart of our business and we want to make sure you are taken care.

Thank you Jeff.  Well I want to know how I get pro-athletes and those going pro in Maryland, DC and Virginia.  How do I market to them?  I tried calling the NFL Players Assocation but I need the next step.

Any Ideas?

Hi Vangie - I see you've been on Active Rain for a short time.  Hang in there.  You will meet some wonderful people here.  Read lots, comment lots and write.  You'll get to know otheres, they'll get to know you.  You will get wiser and more business.  It really does work.  I've met and referred to some great people I've met here since joining in January of this year.

All I know is that in this business you have to know people everywhere, or you need to brand yourself to be the expert in a particular area. This is what will seperate you from the competition. Now I can say that due to the blogging that I have been doing I have been taking on new clients consistantly every week. What are you here for?

Rick, I am here to learn and teach.  It's a two way street. I love networking.  I love to travel and when I do, I love to meet agents in other states and countries. 

Plus, I pass on and receive referrals about ones or twice a month.  And I do REOs.
