The month of April marks the occurrence of two business-related national events; Administrative Professionals Day, and International Customer Service Month.
Customers often expect cards and gifts during the winter holidays (Christmas, New Year’s) and if you engage in sending out holiday notes, good for you. But during these months, your message is just one of dozens that your clients receive.
Set yourself apart and do something they won't expect: a note of appreciation sent off-season (Spring or Summer.) So go ahead, send a Thank You when they least expect it and you'll truly stand out.
