To be honest, this is the first time I'm re-blogging and I don't even know if I'm doing it right. Jill says it best, "Such fun to finally meet someone you've been corresponding with for over a year."
Active Rain friendships are the best, even my kids get jealous of how I speak about so many of you.
Now that Jill and I are connected, and we have the photos to prove it, we both can continue to believe in the powers of AR in creating lasting friendships.
And just to prove I do have hair, not like the shots below where I was in need of a haircut....I did cut my hair today!

Good times in Glen Head.
Ellen Caruso and I have been trying to meet up since late last year. We're really only half an hour apart but, with one thing or the other constantly coming up in our schedules, our introduction always got pushed to the side.
At last, today, I found myself in Ellen's neck of the woods and, with little advance notice, I called. As luck would have it, she was available to meet up at the local Starbucks.
Such fun to finally meet someone you've been corresponding with for over a year. She looks just like her picture with gorgeous green eyes and a big, engaging smile. We were so engrossed in conversation, we never even got around to getting a cup of coffee. I look forward to getting together again in the not-too-distant future.
