This week we got a pleasant surprise when we opened our mail box to find an article posted in Realtor® Magazine in which we had been interviewed a few months back. The article featured realtor® comments about what "Not" to say on a Listing Presentation.

That was such an appropriate artcle for the sellers I presented to yesterday - they wanted to get "x" price in so many days, and that was it. I'm afraid I didn't take it. We cannot promise to sell in so many days and for what price. We can just promise our very best efforts with all of our banks of knowledge and make recommendations that make sense.
