The market must be worse than I thought or this developer thinks such thoughts anyway! I was watching the news today and overheard about the developer of 3 homes that burned over the weekend is missing! He has not been seen in recent days and one neighbor to the homes says they saw the developer in a heated argument with a potential buyer last week. All 3 homes were unoccupied. The fire happened in Fayetteville NC and has been reported as intentionally set and suspious.
The developer's neighbors say he's always running up and down the road and they have not seen him since Friday night. The developer has also been sued various times over not completing work on the homes he is selling, he would apparently make promises to fix items on the list and once the home sold would not follow through.
Did this developer just go off the deep end?
