I’m just tying up a few loose ends in preparation for your closing on this next Friday. To make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible, I want to verify the companies that we have been working with on the sale of your home.
Lender: Colonial National Mortgage on schedule
Title work: Security Title Peggy Taylor everything is good on this part as well
Survey: All American Surveying has delivered the survey to the title company for review and it has been sent to the lender as well.
Home Inspection: North Texas Home Inspsection has finished the inspection all checks out good
I will get you a copy of your HUD–1 Settlement Statement two business day before closing. We’ll review this thoroughly to make sure everything is correct before we go into the closing. In the meantime, if you need anything or if you have any questions, feel free to give me a call.
