We had a strong 1st quarter with rental activity which could be considered better than average.  As we approach April things have slowed down concerning both new rental supply and demand.  This is not entirely unusual and we should see improvement towards the later part of April if history repeats itself.

With the sales market improving in our area we may start to see less inventory and improved rental values by summer.

It sounds like things will be getting better in the property rental market in Sacramento Shawn. Thanks for the post.
