Hi Ken,
Appreciate you contacting me and look forward to the possibilities! The last time I was in Vacouver was in 1992, passing through after I was in Prince George B.C. learning to build log cabins for a month in Oct - Nov. from Mackey Log Home builders school ...what an experience. I've started blogging and intend to do more...Been selling general RE all over Maricopa County Arizona for the last 10 yrs. and last year just got into the auctions...hence started auctionarizonahomes.com because that is where 30% of the market is at and inventory shrinking on the general market & want to open up my buying opportunities from short sales & REO's. I believe you can still get the best prices at Auctions although it has gotten more competitive, and more investors are purschasing and holding with investments say 180k and under...still better return on there money than what the .2 percent interest banks are paying and such. Again...look forward to the possibilities!
