Hilo Real Estate

Hello everyone. My first blog. What can I say? Real estate in Hilo has been slowly coming down in price. Volume is forecast to increase in the next few months. Prices in my own subdivision out in Puna are down from what they were at the peak in 2005-2006, but they are where the price was in early 2004 around $45-60K for a one acre lot. New homes are available in the same subdivision for $239K for a brand new 3BR/2BA single family home on one acre of land. I will think of more to post soon. Aloha!
