I wonder if it has a warning on it to not use it while actually showering...that would be rich :)! AND...who in India is tall enough to be setting their towels up there?! I know I wouldn't be lol :)! Too funny!
Jane, I knew it was probably in India the first thing - funny shaped outlets. They do things a little differently over there...

I had to laugh at Carla's comment. So true. The bathrooms I have seen when traveling abroad in Europe and Southa America have been pretty interesting. Can't say I have seen an electrical outlet in the shower area. But that towel rack!!

Good morning Jane,
Only in India:). Love this photo!! It sells it all doesn't it?
Hi Jane, It's a great picture with good comments to go with it- interesting set up! Trying to make sense of it - when there seems to be no sense to it at all! :-]
Dorie, yes it does.
Patty, ya think!
Mary, I am sure this will change in 100 years when the light bulb goes off, or someone gets electrocuted.
Jane, I was wondering at first if the outlet was there because the towel rack was in fact a towel warmer...but on second thought, it couldn't be as there is no wire or plug. :)

Oh my. I bet you knew how you'd be using this photo, didn't you Jane? Sure makes us appreciate building codes.
Seriously? Someone didn't write a disclaimer on that... "tile".
But seriously, I never thought of drying my hair while taking a shower. It would save time, wouldn't it? So close!
Do not let Jay sees this! ; )
Lydie, hey, I am anything for saving time. You can wash your hair and dry it at the same time.
