We are clearly in a transitional market. In the beginning of 2012 we had 4.2 months of inventory which is down from the high of 24 months in 2008. The coast, San Luis & South County show less inventory as well, but not to the extent we do in North County.
This is good news for home owners thinking about selling. If your thinking of buying its not too late. Interest rates are still low and with rentals scarce and the price of rentals going up many are looking to make their first home purchase.
