Absolutely amazing transformation Maureen!  Not surprised at all, it sold so fast.  Your choice for wall colors brings out the hardwoods perfectly and as others said - I didn't even know there WAS a fireplace when I looked at the before pic. 

I do wish every home seller and Realtor would stage first!

Hi Maureen,

Fabulous, simply fabulous, and it does not surprise me. As much as I have been into color in my life, I never before thought about the hardwood floor colors and you and Kathy let me in on a beautiful lesson in that regard.  When you look at the whole of it, the floor is 1/4 of the whole scenario, and is so important.  I am anxious to begin my project(s) that you and Kathy helped me with.  We will be getting the paint this weekend, probably Friday.  WooHoo.
