Home Staging Cincinnati

Why should a home seller spend the money to transform their vacant homes?  What is the difference?  Truthfully, the impact of a good  no an EXCELLENT staging project is that first the staged photos tell a story and compell a prospective buyer to call for a showing to "hear more!"  Secondly, an excellent staging job shows the prospective buyer the advantages of a home and hooks them emotionally to fall in love (AND BUY!) the home.

Look at the before and after photos and decide which room would do the trick.

Design To Market has been staging homes in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky since 2004. For more information about this project and our other Cincinnati home staging services please call us at 513-265-0952 or visit our website atwww.designtomarketllc.com.

Jo, Both "after" pics will bring the potential buyers in the door. The in-person staging  impact will get it sold! Beautiful!

Jo, what I see is that you grasp the idea of bringing them to the beginning edge of their (the Buyers) imagination without direction.  This allows the finishing touches to be brought out in the minds eye.  Fabulous!

Jo- staging the room with the all of those wonderful French doors was right on.  A buyer might have wondered what would fit and how to use the space.  I love the story you told.

Very nice work, Jo!  That dining room/sitting area would be a challenge for prospective buyers to envision without your staging.

Jo - Love those two wicker chairs off the dining area.  I can just imagine having a quiet moment, cup of tea and reading the paper.  All the rooms look so much like home now - warm and welcoming.  Lovely.

For those that own their own inventory, I believe mixing the look is the name of the game.  While overall we targeted a transitional style we have incorporated elements that lean both tot he traditional and to the clean line almost contemporary feel.  I think this helps in creating a broad appeal.

Beautiful house to begin with but you need a terrific job making it sparkle. I was particularly impressed that you made the drapes in the family really work. I would have been hesitant about them.

I agree that a unless the house really needs a specific style, transitional is the way to go. If a potential buyer prefers traditional those pieces will stand out to them and they'll easily imagine their favorite pieces fiting right in and the same can be said for a buyer that prefers a more modern approach.
