If you're like every Warren County home seller, you want to know how to quickly sell your home for the absolute maximum amount of dollars, with the least amount of hassle while you're doing so.  Well we're going to pull back the curtains and let you know the secrets to getting that done!  Without further ado, here we go, the top five SECRETS to selling your home!:

Nope, because the fact of the matter is there ARE no secrets about selling your home.  The facts are well known on how to sell your home, it's the EXECUTION of those elements that is typically lacking and that causes that yard sign to stay long enough to grow moss on the north side.

The key elements to successfully selling your home are the same as they ever were:
1. Price
2. Location
3. Condition
4. Marketing
5. Ease

Right on! There are no secrets and this is not rocket science. We all need to educate seller's better. I'm always surprised when sellers will not take the time to prepare their homes for sale. I always suggest stagers and landscapers. For the, on the most part, very short dollars of sprucing up a seller can really set their home apart from the others.
