Thursday, April 5 has been a fantastic day! Today I turned 51 years old and I spent a few moments pondering my life. I give thanks today and just a few random thoughts:
- I never could have imagined what life would be like when I reached this age.
- Life has certainly marched on and I wonder where all the time went.
- I am grateful for my family. My family of origin has been a blessing and my immediate family is wonderful.
- God has blessed me through meaningful work and it has helped me to become a better and more well rounded person.
Tonight, my wife walked on the Warwick Township Trails, through the streets of Lititz and through one of my favorite spots in Lititz, Lititz Springs Park. We saw ducks having fun in the water. We ran into former clients, folks who I sold a home to last year. They were enjoying the beautiful weather sitting on the front porch of their home.
I received an overwhelming amount of well wishes on Facebook from people who have touched my life through various chapters. Wow. It has just been great. Thanks to all my friends!
