Sarah ~ That it is.  Owner occupants have first dibs on HUDs for the first 30 days ... refreshing for first-time buyers who may have been beat out on other homes by investors.  If it survives the 30 days or subsequently falls out of escrow, I agree it will be a good pick-up for an investor.
