Portsmouth Lighthouse in New Castle NH

I took this short video at low tide from out on the rocks on a very cold and windy April day.  We had stopped by Fort Constitution and I wanted to try and get panaramic view video showing the ighthouse, the Piscatqua River and Atlantic ocean.
