Happy New Year to all!!
This is the time of year where the market is a little slower due to the holidays. A perfect time to reflect on the past year, set goals and look forward to the upcoming busier market, and set my best predictions for the year to come. i always like this time of year because it gives me the opportunity to catch my breath and get better organized.
I predict that we will have a strong market going into 2007 in the Calgary area. Real estate values will definately rise into the new year. Buyers and sellers alike will have to evaluate their individual situations but if I were in the market now, I would buy sooner than later.
