We had a client in the lower Hud who called us at Servpro of Scarsdale / Mount Vernon, to come out (no client namers, ever, we are very discreet!).  We were at another client site and then called on the way, to say we'd be there within the hour.  The woman was lovely, but said, "Nevermind, I had my kids do it."  My husband, Forrest (we're small family and locally owned) could not believe it.
