It sounds like there is motivation to get in front of the market with this new lot price. Hopefully, one of your local community banks will step in and provide land financing for the buyer. We see the lack of financing for land the biggest road block to land sales. Only our bank owned properties have financing available and then again it depends on the bank. Good luck on getting this one sold soon! A $100,000 price reduction is like having a smart buyer win the lottery!

Sharon ~ That little lot next door (On the left) is valued at $96,660. It was on the market for $70K. It expired last week and I found out they may not re-list because of the price I have on my lot... too funny. Thanks.

Emily ~ She has several across the State and wants them sold. The value of this lot back in it's hey day was $250K, so it's a pretty good deal right now. A couple of the local banks do have financing available and it's just a matter of having the Buyer interviewing the potential Lenders. Thanks for stopping by. :)
