Looking at the 3 month comparison, home sales are nearly doubling in homes priced between $50-300K. This is the most activity we have seen since the first-time homebuyer's tax credit, and I expect to see some very healthy numbers for April. It's a great time to list your home as inventory is down from last Fall.
