Now that Spring is here and our Buying season had begun with full earnest, the Buyers who had gone dormant for the Winter are just now realizing that while they were comfortable in their "Den", the rebound has already began to show signs of growth.
It seems like the Buyers were playing the game, imitating the Stock Market and anticipating the low. You can't see much when your eyes are closed and those dreams, well, were just dreams.
The waves of activity are gaining in height and speed. Get on the next available raft! or boat, or canoe or innertube. The waves are to a point that if you did get on now, you won't scrape your bottom on the Riverbed.
