We have a lot of tri-levels and tri-levels with sub basements in our area. Good luck getting a fast buyer!

Hi Debby....I'm not sure what a tri level, bi-level is.... we have tri levels and we have split entry homes....not both combined...

LaNita, this is a unique home in our area.  I had to call many appraiser friends and brainstorm pricing on this one.

Barbara, in S.E. PA where I live this is an anomaly.   We have Bi-Levels where you walk in and have to go up 6 steps to the main floor or down 6 steps to the "utility" floor.   We also have split levels which are anywhere from 3-6 levels and the stairs are typically in the center of the house.

This is a bi-level but similar to taking a 2-layer cake and plunking a 3rd layer on top (which elevates it to something more fancy) they took a 2-level house and plunked a 3rd level on it and I've never (in 19 years doing this) seen anything like it and I love it!   It is so different that it is a fun listing to have!
