WHAT TYPE OF PANTS DO YOU WEAR IN REAL ESTATE? DOES IT REALLY MATTER?

Come on! Does it really matter what type of pants one wears when practicing real estate? Well, it does to me. I have been pretty active in the Phoenix real estate market for the past ten years. I have developed my own style. I work with many real estate investors in the following areas

Acquisition
Rehabbing
Property management
Phoenix Fix and Fli

It does matter to me which pants I wear when doing different real estate activities. Cargo pants are for me. Why? They have extra pockets to carry more items when doing real estate and property management. Items that I carry in my cargo pants pockets

Wallet
Camera
Keys
Flashlight
Tools
Laser measuring tool
Snacks
Pens

There are many more items that we can carry while wearing cargo pants. This is part of my real estate uniform on a daily basis. Making it happen daily.

Harry, I think you have something there. The pockets of my Dockers bulge from all the stuff I carry. I try to wear a sport jacket when it's not too warm just for the extra pockets.
