No, I'm not talking about a Two-Step, (I wish)...
I have Clients in Town that arrived last evening. We've been conversing since early January and they have made it back to Pagosa Springs to explore the possibilities of Colorado Mountain Property ownership.
Their wants and needs are simple: Large acreage, preferably 30+ acres, great views, adjacent to National Forest or BLM, with little or no restrictions. All for X amount or less.
I have a total of 14 possibilities that we'll be looking at all across the County. I've already been to them and I have my favs. Breaking these up into 2 days shouldn't be a problem. 35 acre parcels with tremendous views do require the right type of footwear. My Cowboy Boots would work, but to be more comfortable and fitting for the terrain, I will be wearing my trusty Hiking Boots.
I am getting older, I can admit that. Especially when I am thinking about shoes??? That's funny. We'll probably walk a couple of miles over the next two days. I better make sure my feet can handle it. I'll need to bring water for the hike as well. Now, where did I put that walking stick???
