It is the same every year. I will have someone walk into my office and want their returns done in a day.
Right now I am almost 4 days behind. If you have a longer return, I am already planning on the extensions.
Extensions cost money to do It is good for my business, but harder on my clients pocket books. Still looking to file on time. Call me or call you current preparer and make an appointment.

My tax guy called me on Saturday and said he was certain I had made different arrangements this year. I said my arrangement was to be on his door step Monday morning at 9:00 AM. He said not to worry and we made an appointment for Wednesday. Death and Taxes, I am certain science will extend our lives indefinitely but never find a way to eliminate taxes.
I have room for about 6-8 easy returns. othewise...an extension is in your future
Pretty amazing that people expect their returns done same day. This is right at deadline, what do they expect?
It's too bad you wouldn't do my taxes this year. I ended up having to file for an extension even though the accountant had all the information she needed February 16th. She LOST it!
