As the market continues to improve in my area, this is a good time to adjust some of my direct mail marketing to cover a broader area by using more than one message on a postcard and mailing to more residences. This postcard will be sent to every single family home and condo in Millis MA for my team member, Sue Kuphal.
Sue listed a home in Millis recently and it was pending in 5 days. Normally I would mail to 200 homes in the area of the subject property with a “sale pending” postcard. Since it’s time to send a “Free Market Analysis” card to residents for the month of April, I’m using that pending sale as the theme.
Everyone likes to do business with successful people, and this postcard offers the seller the opportunity to receive a “Free Market Analysis” from an agent who can market a home properly and find the right buyer quickly for them, too!!

Again, people want to do business with successful people, and this postcard tells the success stories they need to read in order to select the right listing agent. This marketing piece sends “many positive messages” in a very simple format that will “shake the fruit from the tree” for Sue Kuphal and The Kuney-Todaro Team of RE/MAX Executive Realty.
